What should i eat a week on a budget?

Below are some cheap and healthy meals designed for people who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, curry or chili with vegetables and beans, served with brown rice or baked sweet potato, lentil soup or dahl, hummus and salad wraps or sandwiches, cottage cake made with red lentils and vegetables and topped with mashed sweet potato. For the record, this isn't going to be the best food out there. This is a cheap plan like noodles, beans and rice. In addition, I live in the southeastern United States, so my costs are going to be cheaper than in, for example, California.

The items I published would be purchased on sale or at a Dollar Tree. The Dollar Tree in my area sells everything except the meats I've listed. The meats you would buy are on sale at these prices in Bi-Lo, FoodLion, Publix or English. Plan your meals for the week and make a shopping list.

Buy only what you're sure you're going to use and first check what you already have in your closets.
